Serco Workforce Solutions (SWS) is an in-house team dedicated to sourcing a temporary workforce across Serco.
We are committed to providing a great service to our candidates and are therefore looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor who will be the first point of contact to support our workers across their broad range of queries or concerns.
As part of this you will:
Be responsible for inbound calls as well as responding to email queries from our temporary workforce. Using a calm and considered approach, you’ll provide important support and advice. Below are some examples of the types of queries you may support with:
* Access MyWork app (the system the workers use to access payslip / rota’s)
* Applicants enquiring about job roles
* Onboarding workers supporting with form completion
* Pay queries
Everyone who joins us receives all the training and shadowing you need. You’ll also receive support from your friendly team members and your manager.
And you’ll go home at the end of the day with the satisfaction of knowing that you’ve made a difference to someone.
What you will need to do the role:
* You will be a proactive individual who is committed to delivering excellent customer service
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* High attention to detail and sound understanding of which jobs to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
* A solution-focused individual who will use their initiative and be self-aware
* A resilient team player

Required to work 37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
