An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Carmarthenshire Central Agency. As a Customer Sales Adviser, you will contribute to the effective and efficient running of the agency, identifying and pursuing opportunities to contribute to the achievement of targets including sales and lead generation for general insurance and financial services together with meeting customer service standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering and contributing to the effective and efficient running of the agency including managing and directing correspondence, processing renewals and policy amendments.
* Maintaining customer relationships to enhance and protect NFU Mutual’s reputation and brand.
* Selling, within licensed authority, motor and home products, ensuring compliance with sales quality and advice standards.
* Checking, processing, and managing accounting transactions, including premium collection and policy cancellation.
* Maintaining own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to customers.
About you
* Demonstrated drive, energy, and enthusiasm required to promote a positive learning environment and sales culture.
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
* An understanding of agriculture would be beneficial but not essential.
* Welsh speaking would be preferred but not essential.
