Your New Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for programming and sequencing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will manage projects on-site, leveraging your extensive experience to lead and coordinate teams effectively. Your role will involve both office and site-based work, with travel required across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. Initial projects will be based in South Yorkshire.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Proven track record as a Contracts Manager with at least 10 years of on-site experience.
* Experience working with regional D & B Contractors, preferably with care home projects.
* Strong design and management skills, with the ability to bring teams together.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to operate within budget constraints.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
* Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
