Your role will involve both office and site-based work, with travel required across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. Initial projects will be based in South Yorkshire. What You'll Need to Succeed Proven track record as a Contracts Manager with at least 10 years of on-site experience. Experience working with regional D & B Contractors, preferably with care home projects. Strong design and management skills, with the ability to bring teams together. Commercial awareness and the ability to operate within budget constraints. Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
