Be able to manage their own workload
Have strong communication skills
Hold a good attention to detail
Credit control experience (preferred)
Be familiar with Microsoft packages and be computer literate
Be punctual and consciousness
The ability to work independently and as part of a team As a credit controller, you will be responsible for:
Proactively chasing invoices/overdue accounts via phone, email, and written communication
Negotiating payment terms with customers experiencing financial difficulty.
Liaising and building relationships with clients, providing a high standard of customer service.
Ensure that all customer communications are responded to appropriately and in line with internal KPIs
Work as part of a team on all general administration of the credit control shared inbox
Managing your diary and prioritizing tasks
Problem solving and proposing appropriate solutions
Providing regular reports and updates to the leadership team.
