Our client is seeking a Service Manager to join their dynamic team, at their Manchester site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual to take on a key role within their business, working with one of the most iconic motorcycle brands in the world.
This would be ideal for a Senior Service Advisor/Service Supervisor, looking to take that next step.
Salary: Basic of up to £35k, with an OTE of £45k, dependent on experience, with an attractive bonus structure.
Working Hours/Days: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the service department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
2. Oversee service scheduling, workshop operations, and customer communications.
3. Provide expert advice to customers on servicing, repairs, and maintenance for Ducati motorcycles.
4. Monitor and maintain service KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with company goals.
5. Foster a positive, customer-focused environment while motivating and supporting the service team.
6. Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue and customer retention.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a senior service advisory or service management role, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain high standards of performance.
4. Proficient in service scheduling systems and basic IT applications.
5. A full motorcycle license is preferred but not essential.
