You'll set up high-quality appointments for our experienced sales team, using your exceptional communication skills to generate new business opportunities.\n\nResponsibilities as a Telesales Appointment Setter:\n\nProactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to set up appointments for our sales team.\nQualify leads and gather key information to ensure each appointment is valuable.\nBuild relationships with decision-makers and help educate them on our products and services.\nWork closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and high conversion rates.\nManage and maintain a pipeline of leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.\nAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets to drive the business forward.\nKeep up to date with our products and services to confidently engage with prospects.
