We have recently registered a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Office Manager to join our client in offering part-time administrative support their Oxford and Mexico offices.
This hybrid role is perfect for an experienced Office Manager looking for an exciting and varied role, as you will be supporting both offices in wide variety of areas including HR, finance, operational issues, office management, and more!
If you are an organised administrator, confident communicating with people at all levels and accustomed to implementing new processes within an organisation then this could be the role for you!
Part-Time Office Manager Responsibilities
Overseeing all day-to-day office operations including communicating with the operations team in Mexico
Supporting in Human Resources tasks including onboarding, sickness, and holiday, and maintaining employee records
Managing physical and digital compliance documents
Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Assisting with accounting tasks and budget management
Providing administrative support for both offices
