As Deputy General Manager, your role will include:
* Supporting sales growth by driving business performance and maximizing revenue opportunities.
* Controlling costs to ensure the venue operates efficiently and profitably.
* Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered at all times, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
* Managing service standards and overseeing staff development, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
* Taking accountability for specific shifts and managing the full unit in the absence of senior management.
The Ideal Candidate should have:
* Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Possess excellent leadership skills and thrive working as part of a team in a social, fast-paced environment.
* Communicates effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with both staff and customers.
* Demonstrates a strong commercial awareness and a keen understanding of business operations.
* Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, in line with business needs.
