Senior Heat Pump Engineer – Overview We are working with an established European Heat Pump Manufacturer who have just entered the UK Market. They launched in September 2023 and have already put a great team together; they are looking for an additional Senior Engineer to come on board leading a new installation team and can offer full training on Heat Pumps if you haven’t worked on them before as well as progression opportunities in the near future. They are looking for a Heat Pump Installer to work in a 2-man team installing Air Source Heat Pumps in domestic properties throughout the local area. Day to day you’ll be installing the manufacturers own brand of dual heat pumps as well as cylinders and other associated systems. They pride themselves on speed and efficiency as well as excellent customer service and offer the best aftercare on the market as well. They have a highly optimised Heat Pump Installation process meaning that Heat Pumps only take 1-2 days to install with much of the decommissioning, pipework change and radiator upsizing done for you already. Your role will be so the very latest technology from the manufacturer. Senior Heat Pump Engineer – Requirements NVQ level 2 Plumbing (or equivalent) ACS Domestic Gas qualifications Experience installing boilers or Air Source Heat Pumps Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators G3 Unvented Ticket & WRAS – Water Regulations Senior Heat Pump Engineer – Salary & Remuneration Competitive salary of £44,000 - £48,000 Overtime Company Van Fuel Card Travel Pay (Over 30 Miles) Overtime Available 25 days Annual Leave Bank Holidays Tools, mobile phone, PPE, and Uniform Pension Overtime payments Working hours 8 – 5 with 1 hour lunch break.
