Job Description
Responsibilities
* Territory is the UK; office-based role in South Manchester office every day.
* Hybrid role combining pre-sales, technical account management, and level 3 support.
* Operate as key liaison point with Developers in enterprise accounts.
* Work closely with customer success and product management.
* Product suite includes penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and web security testing.
* Ensure that clients get the maximum benefit from product trials.
* Investigate bug reports.
* Report to the Director of Technical Support.
Qualifications
* Degree in either computer science, IT, or a technical/scientific discipline.
* Previous experience in either pre-sales or technical support within the software industry.
* Experience in cyber security is highly desirable.
* Must be able to commute each day to the South Manchester office.
* Patient, methodical, and tenacious.
