The Hut is looking for a Reservations Assistant for the Summer season March-September to work in the central reservations team at the head office in Freshwater, 5 days per week including weekends.
In this key role, you will ensure seamless guest communication and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing bookings using the Seven Rooms system and maintaining restaurant capacity.
* Handling guest inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
* Logging dietary requirements and special requests.
* Processing payments and taking deposits using our systems.
* Collaborating and communicating with Hosts, Managers and Drivers.
