Role: Administrator/ Support
Location: GU35 9Q
Rate of Pay: £12 per hour (rate increases on night shifts)
Important Information on shifts/hours:
1. May to September - Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
2. October to April (winter season) - Monday to Sunday (8hr period in 24 hrs) - Can work the unsociable hours from home during winter (Shifts work in rotation and flexibility available)

3. Looking after the landscape teams ensuring everything in line with SLAs
4. Assist winter services in the winter months
5. Using our in house software, manage the delivery of jobs allocated to the service delivery team ensuring contract specifics are adhered to
6. Using internal national technicians to subcontractors as appropriate, with the aim of ensuring that the job is attended within the specified SLAs
7. Speaking to key account managers and arranging quotes for subcontractors
Skills:
8. Possess strong IT skills
9. High level of communication skills with the ability to provide detailed information and advice in a clear and positive manner
10. Ability to interact and communicate as appropriate with their audience, which will encompass colleagues, technicians, contract and performance managers, and third-party suppliers
11. A keen eye for detail and ensure data input accuracy, adhere to process and compliance requirements
12. Facilities Management background (beneficial)
