The client base that the department deals with is extensive, ranging from high net worth individuals to multinational groups including: Subsidiaries of quoted overseas & UK corporations Art galleries and antique dealers Technology & e-commerce companies Sports personalities/Motor racing PR and Marketing Property development and investment Upmarket retail suppliers and outlets What You’ll Do: The role will be reporting into and supporting the Company Secretarial Team Leader in looking after our clients. The individual will be delegating to and supervising student support. This position will be looking after clients within the following areas: Liaising with companies and also colleagues to obtain information of persons of significant control (“PSC”) and changes in PSC for filing with the Companies House Checking, completing and the filing of annual confirmation statement and company accounts Completing forms for changes of director and shareholder Completing forms for changes of company name, year-end, etc. Assisting with onshore or offshore company incorporations Assisting with share issues and share transfers Maintaining the share registers, including preparing minutes for routine matters Filing of other forms with Companies House General company administration and maintenance of statutory records on a database Carrying out company searches via online facilities Any other duties necessary to support the department Why Join Us: At Rawlinson & Hunter LLP, we foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages professional growth.
