Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools across Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners while gaining valuable experience in the education sector.
The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
✅ Support children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
✅ Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
✅ Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
✅ Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
✅ Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and social skills.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
✔️ A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude.
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔️ A willingness to learn and adapt.
✔️ An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
