As a Project Manager, your main accountabilities will be as follows:
* Liaise with relevant parties to develop and finalize project scopes, ensuring sign-off before commencement and overseeing planning through to completion.
* Follow company processes, ensuring all necessary documentation, including costs, programmes, and risk analysis, is prepared and completed.
* Maintain project files to provide a fully auditable administrative trail in line with ISO accreditation.
* Create a comprehensive plan for works, including design, procurement, review, construction, commissioning, and training, to ensure timely and incident-free completion.
* Procure and manage competent contractors for design, construction, and commissioning.
* Monitor progress to ensure completion within time, budget, safety, and quality requirements.
* Oversee preferred suppliers/subcontractors, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
* Conduct project review meetings and ensure all activities comply with statutory and corporate regulations.
* Follow Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations and complete relevant paperwork.
