They challenge traditional research techniques using behavioural economics, choice-based methodologies, and implicit techniques to help brands make better business decisions. They works on a variety of research projects, from pricing and range optimisation to shopper insights, product testing, advertising effectiveness, and brand tracking. As a Senior Research Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing ad-hoc and continuous research projects across FMCG and retail sectors. Leading the full project lifecycle – from designing methodologies and writing proposals to analysis, reporting, and client debriefs. Handling pricing and range optimisation projects, using advanced techniques such as Conjoint and MaxDiff analysis. Building strong client relationships, maintaining existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth. Managing budgets and internal resources, ensuring high-quality project delivery. Supporting and mentoring junior team members About You Proven experience in a research agency, with a strong background in quantitative research methods. Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer research is desirable. Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (particularly Conjoint and MaxDiff) is a significant advantage. A hands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
