Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to build and develop strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and manage creative projects from concept to delivery. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in Edinburgh with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain client relationships, coordinate between departments to implement projects, and ensure that client requirements are met with precision. Day-to-day tasks include project management, client communication, budgeting, timeline management, and quality control to ensure projects meet company and client standards.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives
* Identify and develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our wide range of services
* Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams
Project & Account Management
* Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on brief, and within budget
* Brief internal teams on design, print, digital, and mailing projects, working with our Creative Director ensuring top-quality execution
* Proof and check all work to guarantee 100% accuracy before delivery
* Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and ensure smooth financial tracking for each project
Business Development & Growth
* Support the growth of the business by identifying new revenue streams within key accounts
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build new business relationships
General Business & Strategy
* Stay up-to-date with design, print, and digital trends, offering innovative solutions to clients
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices
* Support the Creative Director in achieving department KPIs
