This elite team covers the full spectrum of competition, regulatory, and trade matters, including:
* Cartel and behavioural investigations
* Merger control and antitrust advisory
* Private enforcement and appeals
* State aid, public procurement, WTO, and trade matters
The firm is now seeking a mid-level Competition Litigation Associate to bolster its contentious practice. The role will sit at the intersection of the Competition and Dispute Resolution teams, offering exposure to some of the most complex and high-profile competition disputes in the UK and beyond. You will be involved in defending follow-on, hybrid, and standalone claims across multiple jurisdictions, handling strategic litigation risk assessments, and managing multi-jurisdictional claims.
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will have:
* A strong academic background
* 3-5 years' post-qualification experience gained in a leading UK or European competition litigation practice, with hands-on exposure to High Court and/or Competition Appeal Tribunal matters
* Outstanding technical skills, including drafting, negotiation, and case/project management
* A proactive and commercially astute mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
