Job Title: Resident Service Manager
A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resident Service Manager to join our team in the Leatherfield area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential development, working closely with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
* Full-time 40 hour week position with alternative Saturday shifts.
* 12 month fixed-term contract with strong potential to be made permanent.

About the Role
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage resident complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ensure that all maintenance and repair issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
* Work closely with the on-site team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
