THE ROLE: PROPERTY PARALEGAL LOCATION: NORTH LONDON REF: L4L1076 Job Description: Property Paralegal The Property Paralegal Role: Our well-established client law firm based in North London are currently seeking a Property Paralegal. The successful candidate will assist our clients busy property team in handling a variety of conveyancing matters, including but not limited to: Supporting solicitors with both residential and commercial property transactions. Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds. Handling pre- and post-completion processes, including submitting registrations to the Land Registry. Assisting in liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders. Conducting legal research and preparing reports on various property-related matters. Managing client files efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. The Candidate As the Property Paralegal - these are the essential requirements: Previous experience in property law, particularly in residential conveyancing. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
