Internal Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator / Internal Account Manager / Customer Service Advisor required to join a manufacturer of engineering products in Camberley, Surrey.
The Internal Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator / Internal Account Manager / Customer Service Advisor will handle day to day enquiries, advising customers with product selection, compile quotations, as well as supporting the area sales team.
We’re looking for a background in phone-based customer service / account management, customer interaction, internal sales or similar.
Package
1. Competitive salary depending on experience
2. 5% pension
3. Commission scheme
4. 20 days holiday, plus bank holiday and 3 days fixed for Christmas
5. Monday to Thursday 08:15 - 16:45 and Friday 08:15 - 15:00
Role
1. Handle day to day enquiries from customers, advising customers with product selection for engineering products
2. Process orders and generate quotations
3. Provide sales support to customers and area sales team
4. Account management - Support strategies in accordance with overall strategy, account goals and business plans for key
5. Liaise with internal teams to ensure sales are delivered on time
6. Develop new and existing customers
7. Oversee sales administration process
8. Use CRM system
9. Develop sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions
10. Liaise with customers from enquiry to delivery
11. Office based in Camberley, Surrey
Requirements
1. Phone-based customer service, account management, customer interaction, internal sales or similar
2. Experience as a Sales Coordinator / Internal Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive / Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales / Sales Support Executive / or similar customer service / sales background supplying quotations, quotes or proposals
3. Experience using a CRM
4. Commutable to Camberley, Surrey
