Head of Structural Engineering

An experienced Head of Structural Engineering (buildings) is required to lead and manage the structural engineering team (buildings) for this established and growing multi-disciplinary design consultancy based in Redhill.
Short walk from train station, newly refurbished modern office space and free parking available.
You will be responsible for overseeing all structural engineering projects, mentoring and developing junior engineers, liaising with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the structural engineering capabilities of an award-winning consultancy working on varied and interesting projects, generally up to £10m in value.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in a senior structural engineering position, with proven leadership skills and in-depth technical knowledge across RC, steel, and foundation design. You should be Chartered MICE or MIStructE. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Tekla is preferable. Site survey experience and report writing skills essential.
