You will assist in monitoring the operational delivery and development of the above services to ensure compliance with statutory obligations, service delivery targets and strategic objectives, taking decisions, or actions, in accordance with the Council’s Scheme of Delegation.
You will contribute towards the review, development and implementation of significant changes in direction or improvements to service delivery, ensuring compliance with statutory or strategic requirements, and that resources are effectively deployed and supported by management information systems.
You will provide and present a high level of professional advice to the Council on all aspects of the services provided; assist the Housing Standards Officer to ensure effective management of data to allow for planning of future upgrading works to all Falkirk Council properties and customer enquiry/complaints system.
You will be required to update the Council electronic database, to assist in planning for future maintenance and upgrading works and carry out limited site visits in conjunction with other services as and when required.
