Description Monitor customer accounts chasing for payment on overdue invoices Perform credit checks Support our Commercial team in setting up new customer accounts Send customer statements / letters Maintain accurate records of communication Raise queries to the relevant Commercial teams Prepare reports on aged debt Account reconciliations Taking card payments over the phone Profile The successful Credit Controller should have: Good knowledge of credit control practices and regulations. Negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in using accounting software SAGE and MS Office applications. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Job Offer A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience & pension.
