As part of the senior management team, you’ll play a key leadership role, overseeing a team of EL/PL litigators, improving case strategy, and ensuring outstanding results for clients.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a team leader with:
1. At least 3 years' experience in litigation.
2. A strong background in RTA, EL/PL, and other personal injury claims.
3. Experience managing a caseload of litigated files.
4. 3+ years of management experience, leading and developing a team.
5. Excellent case strategy skills and the ability to improve efficiencies in case management.
6. A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach.
Salary & Benefits
1. £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
2. Full-time, permanent position.
3. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
4. Office-based role in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
