About the role:
We wouldn’t be able to positively impact the way the world shops without our passionate team members, who keep our business running. As we continue to grow, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Logistics Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
This role is a key part of our Odyssey Human Capital Management (Labour Workforce Management) project, supporting the implementation of Oracle HCM and UKG Workforce Management and future HR tooling initiatives under the Logistics Technology refresh programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in process modelling, requirement gathering, and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
You will be responsible for:
* Engaging with senior stakeholders to understand and model HR and Finance processes accurately.
* Identifying areas for process optimisation and making recommendations for improvements.
* Supporting testing and go-live phases by validating and refining business models.
* Creating high-level business processes and ensuring functional/non-functional requirements are met.
* Assisting with BAU processes within technical support teams.
About you:
To be successful in this Business Analyst role, you should have:
* Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/technical environment.
* Familiarity with HR tooling (advantageous but not essential).
* Strong business process modelling and requirement gathering skills.
* Experience facilitating requirement workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
* The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
* A self-motivated and customer-focused approach to work.
