Advanced Secure Technologies, a fast-growing UK tech company, is looking for a highly organised and process-driven administrator to train and develop into a key part of our Secure Print Personalisation Service. You'll also provide essential support across People, Finance, Compliance, and general office administration, helping our business run smoothly as we continue to scale.
Print Service Administration: Under the guidance of our Print Service Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of our Secure Print Service, ensuring customer certification print jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a process-led mindset to maintain high-quality standards. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to develop expertise in a specialised area.
Central Business Support: Beyond print operations, you'll provide essential administrative support across key business areas, including HR, Finance, and Office Operations. Your work will help ensure smooth daily operations, from record-keeping and procurement to supporting strategic projects like BCorp certification, ISO9001/27001, and ongoing business improvement initiatives.
We're a leading UK provider of secure technology solutions, with clients across education, legal, and public sectors. Our Cardiff-based team of c40 has doubled in size within 3 years, supporting expansion beyond the UK.
Requirements:
* Operational Administration/Logistics Experience: Ability to efficiently manage administrative and logistical tasks.
* Strong Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-Focused Approach: Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Data Handling Proficiency: Comfortable working with data (training provided on our advanced print system). Strong skills in Microsoft 365 are beneficial.
* Confidentiality & Integrity: Ability to manage sensitive customer data securely and responsibly.
* Proactive & Adaptable: A motivated problem-solver who is eager to learn and thrives in a team environment.
