Temporary - Part Time - FTC
Prior Park College is looking to appoint a talented, creative and passionate Design and Technology Teacher to join a forward-thinking successful team on a fixed term basis from March 2025. Working in an exceptionally well-resourced department, you will be teaching Key stage 3, GCSE Design & Technology and A-level Product Design in one of the country’s leading independent schools. Class sizes are small and teaching facilities are excellent.
This is an immediate start for temporary illness cover likely to be until 3 July 2025, working 12 teaching hours per fortnight (0.3 FTE).
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to inspire and communicate with students in the classroom and workshop environment. We are keen to employ a teacher with excellent interpersonal and proven organisational skills. S/he will be flexible in their approach and happy to teach a range of disciplines across a broad age range. In light of the investment made into the CADCAM facilities expertise in using CAD software (Solidworks) is extremely desirable.
