As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure tailored support for every student.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
Assisting teachers in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
Providing one-to-one and small group interventions to support learning and social development.
Encouraging independence and confidence in students.
Monitoring and recording student progress.
Collaborating with colleagues to adapt lesson content to suit individual needs.What We're Looking For
