Experience working with children (preferred but not essential).
A genuine passion for childcare and development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
Relevant qualifications in childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 in Early Years, Paediatric First Aid) are desirable but may be provided as part of the role.
