Your profile
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar
* Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the e-mobility industry
* Experience working with larger accounts/companies
* Get it done attitude & independent working style
* Knowledge of CRM tools, e.g. Salesforce
* Based in Germany, mother tongue speaking level
* Customer & communication personality
Your mission
* Commercial lead to grow our software business in the German fleet segment
* Marketing our cloud backend to the fleet market, either directly with operators or indirect (e.g. Verbände)
* Establish Compleo SW as known solution provider with the top 100 fleet operators, build a network with those companies and map their decision process
* Forecast and track key account metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, decision-makers, and influencers
* Drive sales margin and revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell via proactive expansion
* Ensure customer retention through strategic touchpoints, escalation management and success planning
* Utilize sales stack & our CRM to manage and prioritize activities for each account, ensuring that all customer interactions are tracked and all records are kept up-to-date and managed appropriately.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, finance, marketing, and product, to ensure our enterprise partners are receiving the best possible service and support.
