Your Key Responsibilities:
Market Growth & Strategy:
* Identify and seize opportunities in the wastewater sector and adjacent markets.
* Develop and implement strategies to expand sales while maintaining healthy margins.
* Drive market growth aligned with regional and global sales initiatives.
Customer & Project Leadership:
* Build lasting relationships with customers and key accounts.
* Collaborate with project teams during and after the sales phase.
* Assist with contract negotiations and ensure seamless project handovers.
Operational Support & Innovation:
* Support marketing efforts and represent the business at exhibitions and conferences.
* Contribute to product development and market-leading innovations in wastewater and biogas technologies.
* Deliver accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and market insights.
Collaboration & Cross-Selling:
* Partner with service sales engineers and cross-divisional teams to maximise opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Farm Technologies division to expand the agricultural market.
Your Profile:
* A degree in a related field or equivalent sales experience, ideally in wastewater.
* Proven track record in customer relationship management and driving market growth.
* Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Team player with a customer-first mindset and a drive to succeed.
