This position involves dealing with customer enquiries on the phone and face to face in the office and you will need to provide a good customer service, be confident and be smart in appearance. Owner your own car for business use is essential.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and accurate admin skills to provide excellent customer service to clients.
The hours will be 9am to 17.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 15.30pm on a Saturday with an agreed day off each week in the week, Saturdays are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting clients and taking their contact details and understand their property requirements
• Answering the telephone and dealing with the enquiry (once trained)
• Dealing with Owners of properties and prospective purchasers / tenants
• Dealing with customer enquiries and inputting information on the computer
• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
• Making cold calls, ringing a new property around and checking applicants are still looking
• Maintain accurate records of property listins and client details
• Dealing with necessary paperwork, printing property details, filing etc
• Creating tenancy agreements and keeping safety certificates up to date
• Scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing
• Promote properties through social media with excellent presentation
