What you will do in your working day
• You will have involvement in the production of the bakery, baking bread, cakes, pies and also decorating products.
• Picking and packing
• Wrapping and labeling products
• Documenting and organising ingredients
• Stock orders/taking
• General housekeeping of the work space
• Loading bread, cakes and pies on to pallets ready for distribution
• Communicating with delivery drivers
The training you will be getting
Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Warehouse and Logistics, including NVQ and functional skills maths and english. Work based learning.
