Alexander James Recruiting are currently working with a fast-growing company based in the West Midlands who provide various material handling equipment and are looking to bring on new field service engineers to cover the Three Counties. Responsibilities
Servicing the company’s fleet of forklift trucks across Gloucestershire and the West Midlands
Maintaining various other types of material handling equipment where necessary to include pallet trucks, stackers and reach trucks
Regularly reporting back to the Service Manager with all service issues
Representing the company in the right way whilst out visiting customer sites
Requirements
The company have a preference for an individual from a forklift truck background due to the requirements of the role, however this is not essential. They will also consider candidates with a background working within a closely related industry such as plant equipment, automotive, commercial vehicles or other industries with a strong hydraulics/mechanical focus. Essentially, the company are looking for an individual with drive and a good work ethic who can develop a career with their business. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere within Gloucestershire or the West Midlands.
