Patient Services Administrator – Radiology

As a Patient Services Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, you will manage, appraise, and interpret data, presenting it in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential.
As a Patient Services Administrator, you will:
* Handle enquiries and general queries.
* Greet and attend to patients for Radiology appointments, ensuring all patient information is correct.
* Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs, and secretaries.
* Arrange Radiology appointments.
* Distribute Radiology reports to referrers.
* Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy.
* Utilize strong IT and keyboard skills.
* Maintain databases.
* Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management.
Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.
