We are a small, supportive and well-established Educational Psychology Service based in a beautiful location in North Wales. Conwy is a vibrant county which offers a perfect lifestyle choice for those who love the outdoors and being by the coast.
In collaboration with Denbighshire Educational Psychology Service, we are looking to appoint one Assistant Educational Psychologist, to work as a team of two, until March 31st 2025 (in the first instance) to be central to a pilot project looking at the impact of introducing a neuro-profiling tool for pre-school children transitioning into education settings.
We are committed to inclusive philosophy and practice across a range of mainstream and specialist settings. We work closely with a number of agencies and services and the Service has a strategic position in working with and developing ALN services and provision in Conwy.
We are passionate about child development and the application of psychology to promote best outcomes for children and young people. We are keen to continually develop our Psychology Service to offer the highest quality support to learners in Conwy, their families and those that support them. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Assistant Psychologist who is seeking to pursue a career in Educational Psychology.
Due to the nature of the post, the successful candidate will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
