They are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join their Central Services Department in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities: General dispatch duties, including making deliveries and collections Opening, sorting, and distributing all post, including internal mail Copying and scanning of documents General switchboard and reception duties Booking and coordination of meeting rooms Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager Experience & Skills: Previous experience working in an office environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a service team. High attention to detail and precision in completing tasks. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
