Key responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to the Administration Team. Manage day to day finance activity, which may include; Supplier invoices, purchase invoices, invoice queries, account reconciliation, pro-Formas, process timesheets, expenses, purchase of office supplies, workwear & maintenance consumables. Managing the office facilities. Working alongside their H&S Representative, to ensure that the office and paperwork is compliant with procedures. Administration of training records and planning of training. Weekly input & processing of employee timesheets. Organising meetings, conferences, and internal/external workshops. This includes meeting and greeting guests and visitors to the office, helping and hospitality when required. Facilitating any office postal and courier needs, in both a timely and cost-effective manner. Establish and improve corporate culture and create an orderly and comfortable working environment for all employees. Provide reception cover to meet and greet external visitors. In addition to your financial prowess, outstanding IT skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a must. Experience in using Unit 4 is highly desired but not essential. Your technical expertise will streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support the team in achieving their goals. No qualifications required for this role however excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively is essential. Strong communication skills are paramount, as you will be liaising with various departments and stakeholders. Your leadership qualities will inspire and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Training on company policies and procedures will be given from day one.
