In line with our trust values, we are a team that values and encourages continual improvement. As such, we have regular training from CBT clinicians in addition to regular clinical skills supervision; Reflective spaces for discussions around race; and Special Interest Groups such as the LGBTQ+, perinatal, and Older Adults groups. The focus of these groups is to increase accessibility of the service for these demographics. We also have links with the NELFT research department allowing clinicians to be involved with ongoing projects in the trust. Valuing wellbeing, the service has an active wellbeing initiative. Engagement with this is in encouraged through regular updates and promotion of staff wellbeing events in the trust.Use of AIApplications for this role should be written by the applicant.
