Work in the SEND department, supporting students' learning and development aged 11-16 years.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.
2. Passion for supporting young people's development.
3. Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults.
4. Strong organizational skills and accurate record-keeping ability.
5. Calm, supportive manner and adaptability.
6. Delivering first-class support for young people's independent study.
7. Ability to develop excellent relationships with students and motivate them to overcome barriers to learning.
