As one of the largest dealers in equipment rental and sales across the UK and Europe, they now need a proactive and dynamic Group Head of Sales to support the business growth and be a pivotal leader with a fresh approach. Key Responsibilities: Coach and motivate the sales teams - aligning their delivery against quality and KPIs. Drive sales performance within budget, maintaining excellent customer service and building a positive business culture. Review, enhance and develop strategic plans to improve sales performance. Build strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders at all levels to promote effective collaboration across the group. Ensure that standards are always delivered at levels of excellence. Promote a culture of high performance, clear communication and team-working. Consult with clients, customers and colleagues - bringing solutions to challenges and keeping on track with the strategic plans. Adhering to and promoting all health and safety and compliance legislation. To Be Successful: Experience leading sales in plant/material handling, logistics or M&E engineering preferred. Solutions focussed and proactive. Demonstrable experience leading and coaching high-performing teams. Flexibility to travel across sites. Values driven - an ambassador for EDI, excellent service and team working. Adaptable approach to work. Diplomatic communication style. Proven experience improving revenue forecasts and delivering on KPIs in a growing and fast paced business.
