I’m on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager within the IT Services space who’s ideally looking for that next challenge within IT Services.
Looking for someone who can bring energy and new ideas to the table and play a pivotal part in shaping the practice; with scope to landing a lead position within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding additional product and service offerings.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue from existing clients.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts for additional products and services.
* Help to onboard new customers.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product and service portfolio.
* Stay informed about the latest trends and products in the tech space.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
The ideal Account Manager will:
* Have a background in Business Development or Account Management within IT Services.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Be technically minded, understanding client strategy with the ability to learn and communicate effectively with technical engineers.
* Have a proven track record in managing projects and ensuring they’re delivered as expected.
* A full UK Driver’s License.
