Job Title: Internal Project Coordinator Responsible to: Executive Office Manager Location: Southend on Sea, Essex Hours: Full Time - 37.5 per week Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) JOB SUMMARY To provide a fully comprehensive administrative and project support for all the lift installations. This will be a fast-paced role, where time keeping, efficiency and effective productivity and self-motivation is must. The right candidate will be working alongside our current Internal Project Manager and will adopt great working relationships with the lift engineers, clients and wider team to ensure smooth lift installations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • To provide comprehensive office administrative and project management services alongside the Internal Project Manager, including fast, efficient and accurate correspondence for internal and external use; often to tight deadlines. This will include using Microsoft Office software such as, Excel, Word and Outlook. • To assist with ongoing projects, including any outstanding and pending projects. • To assist with warranty and quotes for parts for installations to complete the projects. • To assist with Purchase Orders and Invoices as required. • To assist with any Office Management responsibilities to keep the office running smoothly, from company vehicles to Team Events to office stock. • To ensure that incoming mail is dealt with or appropriately redirected, indicating clearly any deadlines or instructions as necessary to facilitate speedy resolution and prioritisation. • To ensure all client folders and information is up to date regularly to reflect our CRM system with regards to projects. • To deal efficiently and professionally with all clients, whether in person, or by telephone or email, and act as an ambassador providing professional, supportive and helpful advice and information. • To work effectively as a member to ensure that workload, priorities and deadlines are met, taking the initiative where necessary.
