We are currently seeking a highly skilled and qualified ACA or ACCA Client Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage a diverse client portfolio and make a significant impact within the a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the firm, working directly under the partner. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage your own client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services. This role exclusively focuses on general practice accounting duties, with no audit work involved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client Portfolio Management: Independently manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored accounting and advisory services to meet their specific needs.
2. Accounts Preparation: Oversee and prepare statutory accounts for a range of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
3. Tax Compliance: Handle personal and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and identifying tax planning opportunities.
4. Bookkeeping & VAT: Manage bookkeeping processes and prepare VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
5. Financial Reporting: Prepare management accounts and financial reports, providing clients with insightful analysis and recommendations for business improvements.
6. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for your portfolio. Provide proactive advice and solutions to support their business growth and compliance.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and the partner to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery. Mentor and support junior staff as required.
8. Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
