JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE: NQ-5 years

SALARY: £35K-£45K
THE ROLE:
This long-established market town law firm in Leicestershire is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to add to their busy conveyancing team. The successful candidate will be dealing with a varied caseload consisting of leasehold and freehold transactions, sales and purchases, lease extensions, transfers of title, and more.
THE RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR:
The successful candidate will have experience dealing with a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters, the ability to work as part of a team and independently, and the capability to handle their own caseload from inception to completion. They should be confident and have a passion for customer service. Newly qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role, provided they have completed at least one seat within residential conveyancing and possess the ability to manage matters from initial instruction through to completion.
