What you'll be doing
* Accountability for ensuring high levels of customer service through effective and timely communications throughout the vehicle repair cycle.
* Managing the ordering and management of parts ensuring full compliance to all company and industry standards.
* Effective and timely parts purchasing, to supply to production departments ensuring that repair cost targets are met.
* Accountability for Health and Safety regulations, company health and safety policies and procedures.
* Performance management coaching and development of team.
What you'll need:
This is a permanent role reporting to the Production Manager.
We would like you to have had previous experience in a similar role with the following skills:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong parts background gained in a bodyshop environment with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of bodyshop processes.
* Leadership qualities.
As you can imagine, Health and Safety and working to industry standards is important to us. We always ensure our teams and customers' safety at each stage of the repair process, ensuring tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety and following Audatex estimates, observing DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures.
