Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
1. Look at the big picture and provide insights to align technology solutions with the overall enterprise architecture.
2. Develop functional specifications and system design specifications.
3. Manage the requirements throughout the product development cycle.
4. Creatively propose solutions that can help customers succeed.
5. Define and clarify business requirements, then perform further analysis to define detailed requirements.
6. Consult ideas and write instructional documents for the development team.
7. Follow development progress, support clarifications of requirements to the development team, and facilitate successful product delivery.
8. Assist in quality assurance, providing significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
9. Document business and system requirements clearly and comprehensively to ensure understanding.
10. Work with the technical team to design an optimal solution.
11. Support the creation of training materials and documentation for company platform users and train new end users on the applications.
12. Manage the team’s development cycle (sprints) to keep progress on track.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of IT and System Analyst experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to explain technical subjects at a high abstraction level for business users.
3. Mobile experience is a MUST.
4. Product mindset is preferred.
5. Strong analysis, logical thinking, and researching skills.
6. Attitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies.
7. Experience in full software development lifecycle & application lifecycle.
8. Comfortable working across multiple streams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
9. Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
10. High leadership mindset is required to manage the development cycle following sprints.
