The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive our growth and build our brand. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you’ll develop and execute creative offline and online marketing strategies to boost occupancy and increase our brand awareness and trust in the industry. This pivotal role forms a key part of the Communications and Marketing team by assuming full responsibility for the development and delivery of our comprehensive marketing strategy.
You will use your expertise to design and implement an outstanding customer journey for prospective residents and their families from the initial touchpoint to a resident’s first day. This includes driving both online and offline engagement, using digital strategies alongside marketing campaigns to ensure maximum reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and execute digital strategies to drive enquiries and optimise conversion rates.
· Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns, using data-driven insights for maximum impact.
· Design a seamless experience from first enquiry to move-in day.
· Deliver eye-catching campaigns with printed materials, local partnerships, and community events.
· Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements for better ROI.
· Work with Care Managers to host events and maintain our brand identity across all touchpoints.
