Join our friendly team with Symphony Healthcare Services (SHS) based at Crewkerne Health Centre as a Treatment Room Nurse and be part of a supportive team. This is a permanent, part time post of 35.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday. Working pattern to be discussed at interview stage. The annual salary range for this post is £32,842.27 - £35,506.25per annum (pro rata for part time hours, depending on experience). Main duties of the job The post holder would be part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides optimum care relevant to the practice population, either in practice or the home environment. The post holder will focus on supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring long-term conditions, health prevention and screening activities in line with the objectives and vision of Symphony Healthcare Services. They will work collaboratively with the whole general practice team to meet the needs of patients and supporting the delivery of policy and procedures. The post holder will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making, assessment and expert care.
